Safety Requirements Specification – Following the completion of the Hazard and Risk Assessments, our engineers at C&P Engineering Services can assist or deliver in full, the formal documentation required to move from the conceptual phase to the design and realisation phases. Detailed within a formal Safety Requirements Specification it would typically include the following reviews:-
- Finalised HARA documents (LOPA, HAZOP)
- Trip Narratives detailing each of the Safety Instrumented Functions, how and what mitigation they are to be designed to deliver
- SIL requirements
- Cause and Effect Diagrams
- Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
